At the heart of Hotel Gloria is our panoramic restaurant, lovingly prepared traditional Swiss favourites & seasonal specialities sit alongside Chef Bernhard’s modern interpretations of classic cooking. 

In winter, our restaurant provides a spectacular window to the winter wonderland outside & in summer we move things outside to our panorama terrace. Breakfast & long-lasting candle light dinners are complemented by ever-changing sunsets and the surrounding magical mountains. 

Our food and wine selection celebrate the diversity and individuality of local and international guests. The one thing that all dishes have in common is that they are homemade from scratch, with love and pride. From the meticulously selected galanga and lemon grass for the traditional Thai curry, to the finest quality chocolate sourced to make the warm sauce that melts our famous chocolate & hazelnut pudding, each element of the menu is a treat for the senses. Vegetarian and vegan food are also platforms for creativity. 

Complementing the food, we offer both local and international wines, beers, and creative cocktails with their own stories to tell.
